So every 4th of July we pack our bags and head up to cow pie Arlington! Our friends Kris & Bekki live up there and have a party with fire works every year. All the guys go to Boom City and buy as much as their wives say they can buy. We had a pretty good show this year and the weather was perfect! That's a first!

Then us moms (and Auntie Sarah) took all the kids to the parade. Logan didn't know what to think, it was just about nap time when we got there.

Logan gave in to the sandman and slept through most of the parade.
Just kickin' back waiting for the firework show to start, enjoying one of Bekki's fantastic cupcakes. She can turn a cake mix from a box in to the best cake or cupcake your taste buds will ever enjoy! I think I probably ate 10, so much for all the weight I've lost (but so worth it)!Logan was amazed with the fireworks. He would jump and close his eyes with every firework, but he would open his eyes and stare at the bright lights. He ended up falling asleep in my lap, it was a long but fun day!
